Write up slope

Description

Existing fixed customer write-up station installed within the branch public area, comprising a laminated plywood worktop supported by a welded steel frame structure mechanically anchored to the floor slab.

Materials

Plywood top, steel frame

Safe Disassembly Instructions

  • Wear appropriate PPE and use a minimum two-person lift.


Removal Procedure:

  • Remove any cover trims concealing floor fixings (if applicable).
  • Undo floor anchor bolts securing the steel frame to the slab.
  • Support the unit during removal to prevent sudden movement or tipping.
  • If access permits, remove the workstation as a complete unit.
  • If access is restricted, separate the plywood top from the steel frame while keeping components intact.


* Avoid damage to plywood edges and surface finishes if reuse is intended. 

* Retain all fixings and anchor bolts and keep components together to support reinstallation or material segregation.
