This project demonstrated how the DPPMS can be embedded into live infrastructure projects to support circular procurement, material traceability, and project sustainability insights including recycled content usage, procurement lifecycle cost analysis, and project circularity potential. It also provided compliance-ready data for infrastructure ratings and reporting.

This project demonstrated how the DPPMS can be applied retrospectively to infrastructure assets. Solar panel data was collected and analysed to feed into a material bank and guide actionable end-of-use plans, supporting HJO’s agenda to implement the circular economy, reduce waste, and increase resource recovery.
