CBA Forest Lake Branch Defit

Existing desk-mounted monitor arm assembly installed within the branch fitout to support computer display screens. The unit is constructed primarily from steel components and is mechanically fixed to workstation surfaces.

Steel

• Disconnect the monitor and associated power/data cabling.
• Support the monitor arm during disassembly to control movement and prevent sudden release.
• Remove the monitor from the VESA mounting plate.
• Undo screws or bolts securing the arm to the furniture (typically clamp or through-bolt fixing).
• Carefully remove the arm assembly as a complete unit where possible.
• Retain all fixings and mounting hardware with the unit for potential reuse.
• Take care to control spring or gas-assisted mechanisms to avoid sudden movement or injury.
