Automatic door barrier

Description

Existing automatic door barrier assembly installed at the branch entrance as part of the security and access control system. The unit comprises a structural steel frame with integrated polycarbonate infill panels.

Materials

Steel frame, polycarbonate

Safe Disassembly Instructions

  • Isolate and lock out power supply by a licensed electrician where the barrier is electrically actuated.
  • Confirm the unit is not connected to an active security or alarm circuit.
  • Disconnect and label electrical wiring.
  • Support the barrier assembly during removal to prevent sudden movement.
  • Unbolt the steel frame from floor or wall fixings.
  • Remove polycarbonate infill panels where required.
  • Retain all fixings and components together for controlled reuse or recycling.
