Floor-standing enclosed communications rack cabinet installed within the branch back-of-house area to house network, security and IT equipment. The cabinet comprises a steel structural frame, glazed front door, side panels and internal mounting rails.

• Disconnect and remove all internal communications equipment and associated cabling prior to cabinet removal. Electronic equipment is to be managed separately where applicable.
• Ensure all power sources have been isolated and verified prior to handling.
• Unbolt the cabinet from floor or wall fixings where secured.
• Remove the cabinet as a complete unit where practicable.
• Where required, detach doors and internal panels to reduce handling weight.
• The cabinet may be heavy — appropriate manual handling procedures or lifting equipment should be used.
• Confirm no active electrical supply or residual power sources remain prior to relocation.
